  6. Payment: Pay the fee via Easypaisa, JazzCash, or any Debit/Credit Card.

  7. Delivery: Your new Smart CNIC will be delivered to your provided address within the selected timeframe.

Method 2: Renew CNIC via NADRA Registration Center (NRC)

If you need to change your permanent address or signature, a physical visit is required.

  1. Locate a Center: Use the NADRA Rahbar App to find the nearest center and check current waiting times.

  2. Token Issuance: Walk in and get a "Renewal" token.

  3. Biometrics: An official will take your live photo and digital fingerprints.

  4. Attestation: If your data is pre-verified, you may not need an attester. Otherwise, a blood relative (with their CNIC) should accompany you.
